During June 2023, the import price of needle roller bearings in Italy reached $36,079 per ton (CIF, Italy), marking a 12% surge compared to the previous month. Over the twelve-month period from June 2022 to June 2023, the import price demonstrated a pronounced expansion, with an average monthly growth rate of +2.4%. However, there were noticeable fluctuations throughout this period, including a 6.6% decline in import prices from April 2023 to June 2023. The most rapid growth occurred in December 2022, with a month-to-month increase of 37%. Although import prices peaked at $38,635 per ton in April 2023, they failed to regain momentum from May 2023 to June 2023.

There were significant variations in average prices among major importing countries. In June 2023, India recorded the highest price of $51,693 per ton, while China had one of the lowest prices at $11,593 per ton.

India experienced the most notable growth rate in prices from June 2022 to June 2023 with a 6.6% increase, while other leading countries had more modest growth rates.
