In May 2023, the import price of wheat starch in Poland was $695 per ton, showing a decrease of -5.7% compared to the previous month. From May 2022 to May 2023, the price experienced an average monthly growth rate of +2.5%, with the most rapid increase occurring in October 2022 at 16%. The average prices of wheat starch varied significantly among major supplying countries. The main suppliers of wheat starch imports to Poland were France, Lithuania, and Belgium, comprising 80% of total imports.
